Something Needed to Be Done, So We Thought We’d Go Ahead and Do It.

Lotus is a project of the heart. The Lotus family started as independent retailers, and as independent retailers, we saw a whole lot of pet foods. Everyone knows a good food can make a big difference, and our customers were no exception. We also knew what kind of food we would like to carry, and although we looked high and low, it just wasn’t there. So, we decided to make a food that surpassed any other in the holistic category, using high quality ingredients in their most whole, natural forms. We took great care in this process, and still do as we work to create new recipes and formulas.

Those snappy bags? All of the Lotus bag artwork is done by Los Angeles artist Nicholas Wilton. The natural, organic shapes and textures represented in Wilton’s work reflect the organic, holistic nature of Lotus Pet Foods.
