Feeding Lotus
What a Lucky Pet You Have.

So you’ve decided to make the switch to Lotus. Congratulations on a fine choice. Your pet gets to eat the best food available, and you get the satisfaction of knowing you’re giving your amazing furry friend the delicious meal he deserves. Here are a few tips on making the switch, as well as what to expect from your pet’s new diet.

As with changing to any new food, it’s important to make the switch gradually, so as not to shock your pet’s digestive system. After all, if you’d eaten nothing but junk food your whole life, a balanced meal might give you a tummy ache, too. Start off slow, with a ratio of 25% Lotus to 75% of the old food. Keeping an eye on your pet to make sure no problems arise, gradually increase the amount of Lotus and decrease the amount of the old food over the next several days. Eventually your pet will be happily scarfing down a meal made up of nothing but Lotus.

Remember, Lotus is filler-free, so don’t be surprised if Fido and Fluffy start eating a little less. Most pet food is so packed with needless junk, pets need to eat huge bowls of it just to get the nutrients they need, and most of that just winds up as waste. Because Lotus is chock full of highly digestible nutrients, pets don’t need to eat nearly as much of it to get what they need. This means that bag of Lotus you bought will last much longer, and you’ll have much less to scoop up in the back yard and litter box.

Finally, you’ll need to prepare yourself for a more energetic, more playful, and most importantly, healthier pet. Yep, you’ve got a health nut on your hands now, which means more play time, whatever age he is. Oh, and did we mention he’ll be living longer, too? Better stock up on tennis balls and catnip mice, ‘cause you’re now the proud owner of a super-pet.
